I had a lot of fun making this red sauce beef stroganoff. it’s very easy to toss together and it smells amazing as it cooks.

This dish is also a quick meal to make during the week. It takes 30 minutes or less depending on how quick you are prepping the meat and veggies. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do. It’s a family favorite that will be passed down for generations.

Ingredients

1 lb. round steak or sirloin, cubed

2 tablespoons Bertolli oil

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon Lawrey’s Season All

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

1 cup mushrooms, sliced and diced

1 cup Daisy sour cream

1 can Campbell’s condensed Tomato Soup (like Campbell’s)

1 tablespoon Heinz Worcestershire sauce

8 drops Tabasco sauce (optional)

8-10 ounces Wide Egg Noodles

 

Instructions

In a large skillet on medium high heat, saute onions in oil until onions are transparent.

Add garlic and cubed steak. Season steak with Season All and ground pepper and cook until meat is cooked through (about 10 minutes).

Meanwhile, prepare Wide Egg Noodles according to package directions.

Add remaining ingredients to skillet and mix thoroughly. Turn to low and simmer for approximately 10 minutes.

Serve over noodles.
