Spike Your Red Skins With Ranch, And Pop In The Crock For A Delicious Side Dish

I love this recipe for red skinned Ranch potatoes because of how versatile it is. If you want to get creative, feel free to nix the Ranch dressing packet for any other dry dressing mix. I have used Italian and a Pesto blend before and both times the taters turned out spicy-licious.

Check out what my pals over at Group Recipes had to say about this recipe:

“Easy crock pot potatoes. Tastes like potatoes that have been roasting in the oven for hours! 3 ingredients!”

This is, hands down, one of the easiest recipes I’ve ever made in my Crock Pot. I love it and you will too!

Ingredients

12 med size red skin potatoes

1 package of Hidden Valley dry ranch dressing

1/3 cup Bertolli olive oil.

McCormick pepper to taste.

Instructions

Wash potatoes, and cut into chunks

In large bowl, mix the olive oil and the ranch dressing.

Add pepper to taste.

Toss in the potatoes until they are coated.

Fill crock pot, and cook on high for 4-5 hours.

Quick Tip: Feel free to use russets in this recipe if that is what you have on hand. Just cut the amount down to around 8 or 9 medium potatoes.

Thank you to Group Recipes for this great recipe.
