Just 5 Ingredients For This Normally Complicated Recipe

This recipe will make your tummy so happy!  My favorite is to serve this with flour tortillas and fresh ingredients like shredded lettuce, tomatoes, Daisy Sour Cream, and pico de gallo.

 

Your family will absolutely love this recipe and it will be so different than what you normally make, they will be thrilled at the change of page.  My family gobbles this recipe right up and are always psyched when it finally makes it in the rotation.

 

Ingredients

 

2 lbs beef, sliced
1-2 bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
20 ounces Pace salsa
2 tbsp McCormick fajita seasoning

 

 

Instructions:

Add salsa to the crock pot.

Add the remaining ingredients. Stir to mix well.

Cook LOW 6-8 hour or HIGH 3-4.

Quick Tip: This recipe will sit nicely in the “Warm” setting of your crock pot for a couple hours after it’s completely done cooking.  Take out to shred, and then add it back to your crock pot to warm.
