What is the first thing that comes to your mind about pork chops? To me it’s always been a kind of a weeknight meal – probably because my father loved pork chops so much that my mother used to cook them very often. I don’t mean they’re any less delicious than some other meal that is considered more “fancy”, but to me they’ve just seemed a little bland, sort of. Until I came across this recipe.
Karena over at AllRecipes knows how to amp up your ordinary pork chops and turn them into such a delicious meal that your guests will be begging for the recipe! You don’t have to be a professional chef or some sort of a magician to make it happen – all it takes are a couple of special ingredients that you may already have at hand.
This dish is fit for a king, and I’m not just saying that. It’s tastier than any pork chops I’ve ever tried – in fact, it’s tastier than any pork, period. And trust me, I’ve tried plenty!
I’m not a fan of complicated recipes and this one was perfect in that sense, too. You’ll have these ready in half an hour, and you don’t have to bend over backwards to make them!
