They’ll Always Be After this Lucky Charm of a Classic Irish Recipe

Comfort foods, we all need them now and again am I right? They bring us back to home, warmth, safety and love. Making Shepherd’s Pie is a long family tradition for me, from my nana, to my mom and of course now my sister and I make it often.

My kids and husband devour this recipe, who doesn’t love juicy beef topped with potatoes? Plus, the vegetables are just hidden in there perfectly. What makes me laugh is if I served these items separately the peas and carrots would go untouched.

If you’ve never tried this before trust me and most of the world when I say it is the perfect meal any day, any weather, any time! Plus, it’s super easy to assemble and you can even ask the kids to help you.
