Put Broccoli Florets And Chicken In A Bowl, Add This Awesome Dressing And You’ll Get A Salad That Will Knock Your Socks Off

This broccoli chicken noodle salad is not just incredibly delicious. It’s also very lean and healthy; the perfect dish for anyone who is trying to watch their figure.

Or for anyone who just wants to eat really tasty salads! I have been trying to eat healthier lately and this is one of my latest salad experiments. It is definitely going to be in our meal rotation, permanently. Feel free to add any kind of vegetables of your choice.

 

Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts (cooked, shredded or chopped)

3.5 oz. noodles (cooked, see directions on package)

10.5 oz. broccoli florets

7 oz. green beans (cooked, chopped)

2 Tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce

2 Tbsp sesame oil

1/4 cup Chinese rice wine

1 tsp grated ginger

1 cup spring onions (chopped)

salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

Cook the broccoli florets, then run cold water over them

Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, Chinese rice wine, chopped spring onions and ginger in a bowl, give it a good stir.

In a separate bowl, add the cooked noodles, broccoli, green beans and shredded chicken. Pour the dressing over the other ingredients and toss.

Season with salt and pepper.
