You Know What SOS Stands For, Don’t You?

OldManCooking has put together a great video tutorial on how to make this meal! You should check it through the link below.

You only need a handful of ingredients for this! Of course, you could add more seasonings or maybe even frozen peas, but they were never a part of the recipe in my childhood. I remember how mom would fix this on our toast and I would put a ton of ketchup on top of it! Yum! My mouth is watering, just thinking about it… I may have to make this again today!

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef 80/20

1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour

1 3/4 Cups Water

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Pepper

Instructions:

Brown the ground beef, and drain it, but leave about 1/3 of fat in the skillet with the browned meat.

Stir in the flour and cook it for a moment.

Add the water, salt and pepper. Let it cook and thicken up, stirring occasionally.

Serve on toast.
