This Salad Is So Old School But It Still Never Gets Old!

What I love most about this marshmallow salad is that it’s one of the easiest dishes ever. No need to spend hours in the kitchen, it’ll be ready in minutes!

This would make a great addition to your special dinner menu – in fact, I think I’m going to make this again and see how our guests like it! Instead of serving this in one large bowl, you could make individual servings and crush some cookies on top of each one, for some extra crunch and flavor.

Ingredients

1 tub Nutria Whip or Cool Whip

1 box Jell-o Powder (flavor of your choice)

2 cups mini marshmallows

can of crushed pineapple (drained)

can of mandarin oranges (drained)

½ cup coconut

optional: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries etc.

Instructions:

Mix whip cream and Jell-o powder together. Mix in mini marshmallows, pineapple, mandarins, and coconut (and berries, if using). Scoop into nice bowl. Sprinkle some coconut on top. Put in fridge to set, preferably 2 hours.

Quick tip: You can use homemade whipped cream instead of Cool Whip.
