I Call This, “Leftover Casserole” – Ham, Broccoli, Crouton, And Mayo Bake

Check out what my friends at Kraft had to say about this Crowd-Pleasing Creamy Casserole:

I had this recipe years ago and misplaced it, family loved it. Called Kraft and they sent it out again. I made it for the office, one counselor made it for a crowd and they just loved it. It is different, yet very good for winter. I am making it again this week for another covered dish dinner!

There’s truly nothing better than a hearty and simple weekday dinner that is the perfect ending to everyone’s long day. Don’t ever underestimate the love that goes into something that takes minimal effort, it’s all about the flavor, goodness and presentation; and of course the company!

Ingredients

2 cups cubed ham

1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 pkg. (6 oz.) Progresso seasoned croutons

4 Eggland’s Best eggs

2 cups TruMoo milk

1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

2 Tbsp. Gold Medal flour

2 tsp. McCormick dry mustard

2 tsp. dried basil leaves

Directions

Combine ham, broccoli, cheese, and croutons; place in 13×9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over ham mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Heat oven to 375°F. Bake casserole, uncovered, 45 min. or until center is set.

Quick Tip: Another great addition to this would be new potatoes, they add a great substance and texture!

Thank you to Kraft for this awesome recipe!
