Crock Pot Cranberry Sauce Meatballs – A Holiday Fave!

These are the perfect meatballs to make for a party, gathering, or holiday. All you do is toss ’em in the slow cooker and in a few hours you’ve got a savory side dish or meal on the way! I mean, does a holiday dish really get any easier to make than this? You and I both know that holiday cooking can be stressful and draining so that is why we need easy meals like this to help us busy moms out a bit.

I am all in for quick, easy, and delicious!

 

Ingredients

2 – 32 oz pkgs. frozen meatballs (homestyle – not Italian style)

2 can(s) Ocean Spray cranberry sauce (jellied)

1/4 c Domino brown sugar

2 Tbsp French’s prepared mustard

6 Tbsp Heinz apple cider vinegar

Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the cranberry sauce, the brown sugar, the mustard, and the apple cider vinegar. Cook and stir over medium heat until the cranberry sauce is melted.

Put the frozen meatballs in a six-quart crockpot and pour the cranberry glaze over the meatballs. Cook on high 4-6 hours or until hot. Serve hot and enjoy!
