This Classic Combo Gets A Tasty Makeover When It’s Turned Into A Delightful Pasta Salad

I used to always serve smoked salmon as an entree, with a side of mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. But ever since I tried this salad, it has been my favorite way of serving salmon!

If you intend to serve this over the holidays or any party, I would recommend taking any leftovers straight back to the refrigerator, because of the mayonnaise. Although I doubt there will be any leftovers! Whenever I make this for a family gathering, the whole bowl is emptied in minutes!

Ingredients

6 Tbsp. Hellman’s mayonnaise

1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 1/2 Tbsp. Daisy sour cream

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 Tbsp. poppy seeds

1 Tbsp. tarragon

asparagus, steamed but still firm

smoked salmon

8 ounces cooked Penne pasta

Instructions:

Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Yep, it’s that simple!

Quick tip: Choose low-fat mayo and sour cream if you’d like to make this leaner.
