Spinach Stuffed Manicotti With Savory White Sauce

I love a good Italian meal, don’t you?

Pasta, cheese, marinara sauce, yum! This recipe for spinach and cheese stuffed manicotti is truly the cat’s meow. It’s filling, rich, and comforting.I could honestly eat like this every single day of my life but then I’d be 500 pounds so, I won’t be doing that haha! So, anyway, did you know that you can stuff each pasta with chicken filling rather easily? ( An easier way to stuff is cut one edge lengthwise, open up and lay out flat. Spoon on filling, roll up and place seam side down in dish.)

Sometimes I drizzle a tablespoon of cream sauce down the center before rolling. Don’t worry if filling comes out the ends when placing in the dish, you can stuff it back in once placed. You don’t have to be an Italian pizza chef to be able to make his delicious manicotti.
