Delicious Mushroom And Parm-Topped Green Bean Casserole

My friends from the Test Kitchen say that green bean casserole is always a hit at the holiday table and this delicious recipe is a great twist on the classic dish.

It’s yummy, cheesy and over the top. The cream cheese adds tang and the celery adds a bit of crunch. I guarantee people will be going for seconds. Doesn’t that sound absolutely delicious? I think I could nosh on green bean casserole for days. I love the stuff and this version is simply amazing. Normally, my husband isn’t too big of a green bean casserole fan but he absolutely loved this stuff and requested that I make it again and again!

I was happy that he liked it because I am a huge fan of green bean casserole and really didn’t want to leave it out of my holiday menu. The mushrooms and sharp cheddar cheese give this recipe a bold kick that everyone is sure to appreciate…even those pesky picky eaters.
