Orange Marmalade Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast

The first time I made these, I baked them in the oven just because I wanted to make a whole bunch at a time. Now, when my kids ask for them, I’ll just do them on the stove like a regular grilled cheese sandwich. It works out pretty well that way and it seems to go a lot faster. The baked version is super tasty though if you have the time. My daughter suggested making pizza french toast one day so we stuffed pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella in between our bread and cooked them up that way. I didn’t really care for those too much but she loved them…just so you know, these are pretty versatile so feel free to make them your own!

I took the easy route and just cooked them up in a skillet. Whichever way you do it, they taste amazing!
