Scrumptious Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Bake – It’s Cooked in The Crock!

This crockpot French toast casserole is what your kids and family will beg for every week.  Make an extra big batch on Saturday and you will have no need to go out to breakfast or cook up a meal on Sunday before church. No need to buy those premade cinnamon rolls for breakfast.  This will be a sure and sudden hit that you will repeat week after week.

Ingredients

¾ Cup Chopped Pecans

⅔ Cup Domino Brown Sugar- Packed

½ Cup Land O’ Lakes Butter- Melted

½ Cup Non-Fat PLAIN Greek Yogurt

1 tsp McCormick Vanilla Extract

2 12 oz Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls- quartered

Instructions

Combine all ingredients -except cinnamon rolls- in a large bowl.

Quarter cinnamon rolls and toss in mixture. (Reserve icing packets).

Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray.

Pour mixture into 6 qt slow cooker and cover with lid.

Cook on low for 2½ to 3 hours until sides are golden brown and rolls are set.

Drizzle icing packets on top and serve
