Tuna Salad With Twisted Pasta Noodles Makes For Interesting Eats

I’m not sure what it is, but from the months of May to September, all I want to eat for just about every meal is a salad. I don’t know why. Maybe just because the ingredients are fresher so the end result tastes better? Whatever it is, I like it. I actually crave salads. That doesn’t happen in the winter time I can tell you that much. Now, it doesn’t have to be the green leafy salad that you’re probably thinking about. It could also be a nice cold pasta salad. Those just scream BBQ to me, which equals summer.

I just made a small portion for my family that first time to see what it was going to taste like. Now when we are invited to go somewhere, I double it up and pack up a great big batch. People love it!

Quick Tip: Try tossing in some diced ham for an even heartier salad.
