Whenever I think of creme brulee I always think about fancy desserts served to the royal family. LOL Well, this banana creme brulee is certainly fit for royalty but it is super easy to make. You don’t have to be a master chef to accomplish this delicious dessert. You can, however, serve it on the fine China to make everyone think you spent hours in the kitchen whipping it up. That’s what I do haha!
I learned that you don’t want the bananas to be under ripe when you make this dessert, either. You don’t want them as brown as they get when you make banana bread but you also don’t want them green.
