Make Your Mouth Happy With These Jalapeno Cream Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

There’s one flavor combination that I fell in love with instantly after trying it. I was in my teens and we were out at the bowling alley with some friends. They were all getting something to eat, but I had already eaten dinner before coming. I decided that I could do a little appetizer and maybe share with some one else. I really wasn’t all that hungry. When I looked at the menu, there weren’t really a whole lot of options. Mostly deep fried stuff. I guess that’s what you can expect at a bowling alley though, right? On the list were jalapeno and cream cheese poppers.

That sounded different. I knew that I liked cream cheese, but I never really had jalapenos before. When they came out and I took I bite, I knew that they were going to be my new favorite food. Everywhere we went, I would order these appetizers, sometimes even in place of a meal. I could have eaten them every single day.

When I found a recipe for cream cheese and jalapeno chicken enchiladas on All Recipes, I figured that it had been written for me. I grabbed all those ingredients at the store and made them the very same night. Heaven!
