Holy Moley… It’s A Brown Sugar Glazed Meatloafy!

I was so glad that we made that trip that day for more than just the meatloaf. Uncle Lou’s face when he saw us walk through the door lit up brighter than the sun. Seeing that expression and all the love in his eyes made me wish that I could go and see him every single day. Before we left, I told him that we would be back sooner rather than later. He promised that he would make his famous meatloaf again whenever we wanted to join him for dinner.
