No More Tuna Mac For Me… Shrimp Pasta Salad It Is!

We went to about 100 weddings last year, or that’s the way that it seemed anyways. We must have just fallen into that age bracket where all of our friends and family are getting married. The one thing about most weddings is that you are sure to enjoy a tasty meal at some point during the evening. The problem is, for the most part, the buffet lines look pretty much the same. When you are going to a wedding every single weekend, there’s a little part of you that hopes to see something different once in a while.

One of the last weddings that we went to for the season, there were all kinds of different options. It was like the Lord had heard my prayers. In the cold pastas, was a shrimp salad that I actually went back for seconds for!

It was a lot like this salad from The Seasoned Mom. Now, I usually don’t go back for seconds at weddings, but I wasn’t being shy this time. I had to try it again just so I could figure out all the ingredients!
