I’m Never Going Back To Traditional Nachos Ever Again!

This isn’t a snack at our house… it’s a complete meal!

 

Ingredients

1 bag Ore-Ida Tater Tots (approx 32 oz)

2 cups Sargento cheddar cheese shredded

6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup chorizo or smoked sausage cooked and chopped

Toppings

1 cup tomatoes diced

4 green onions sliced

1/2 cup Daisy sour cream

 

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

 

Line a large baking pan with parchment paper. Place Tater Tots in a single layer and bake 20 minutes turning after 10 minutes.

 

Top with bacon, sausage and cheddar cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

 

Remove from the oven and top with tomatoes, green onions and sour cream. Serve immediately.
