Big Beautiful Brownie Mix Banana Bread!

This is truly an awesome twist on banana bread and it’s so simple and easy to make too! It literally takes no time to whip up. The longest part of it is when it is in the oven cooking. This is something that you will want to have more than one slice of. Make sure to make a pot of coffee because this sweet brownie banana bread is very rich! I am so happy that I am able to share these wonderful moments with my grandma over a delicious food. These are memories that I will cherish forever! I hope my grandkids are like towards me! I better teach them how to make this bread!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 bananas)
  • 1/3 cup Crisco vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (18-oz) box Duncan Hines brownie mix
  • 1 cup Nestle mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon Gold Medal all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat melt 2 Tablespoons butter. To make the chicken: Melt remaining 4 tablespoons of butter in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and flour. Dip the chicken in the butter and then coat in the bread crumb mixture and place in skillet.
  2. Cook on each side for about 3-4 minutes until the outside is crispy and the chicken is cooked throughout. Set aside on plate.
  3. Add 2 Tablespoons of butter back to the skillet and saute the minced garlic for a minute. Add the zucchini to the skillet and saute until tender. Salt and pepper to taste and add some 1 Tablespoon parmesan. Add the chicken back to the skillet and heat for a minute or so. Serve immediately.
