I Make This Fast And Delicious Sandwich For Breakfast All The Time

I’m not entirely sure why they call this a New Jersey ham, egg, and cheese sandwich, because I don’t live anywhere near that area and I’ve made these my entire life. I didn’t get a recipe from anywhere, but this one from Recipe Lion outlines exactly how to put one together. I started making these when I first lived on my own because I love ham and cheese, but I needed a way to make it a breakfast food. What better way to do that than adding some egg? Now that I have kids and husband, I have to share them with them too.

I don’t want to keep this little gem a secret. These are an awesome way to kick off a busy work day and school day, because it offers plenty of fuel for the fire.

When I’m feeling extra creative, I will throw in some veggies, hard salami, extra cheese, or just put everything on a bagel. It’s a basic breakfast sandwich that you really can’t mess up.
