Shake Up Your Dinner With A Chicken Teriyaki Casserole!

So this casserole calls for fried rice. You can make your own fried rice or use any rice that you would like to. I like to fry the rice up a bit. I make my rice as usually and then I throw it in a pan with some oil and eggs. I don’t usually season it with too much. I might throw in a bit of salt but that is about it. If you are not into fried rice then there is no need to fry it. Regular rice that you would like to use works too. This casserole is pretty simple to make. I like to add in any veggies that I might have in my fridge so I don’t waste any of them. The casserole still turns out wonderful too!
