Get Shakin’ With This Earthquake Cake!

I went to visit my great aunt out in California for spring break when I was in high school. I had been looking forward to this trip all year long. I could not wait to be one of the kids in my class that were actually going away for spring break. And I was getting to go all the way to California! I definitely had some bragging rights when I found out about this trip!

I got to my great aunts and was so excited. She is a lot of fun. She is so sweet and has this sort of weirdness to her that you can’t help but love. She also has a funny sense of humor. I guess you could say that I just love everything about her! She also has a sweet tooth which I am completely okay with because so do I!

Well, one evening she said she was going to bake a cake. California had just had an earthquake the week before I came and when she told me what the cake was called I couldn’t believe it! She said that earthquake inspired her t make something so sweet. So, she made an earthquake cake. Her sense of humor was to always make a negative situation into something positive. I loved her and absolutely loved this cake too!
