You Get The Best Of Everything In This Ravioli Pizza Lasagna!

This makes a nice big casserole dish full of food, so there were leftovers for me and my husband to try when we got back home the following day. I was really happy that they had saved us some, because without doing that, I don’t know if I would have ever made this again. Now that I know that it’s delicious though, we have it at least once a month. It’s a nice dish to entertain with and to take to potlucks too. Nobody ever expects what they find under the top layer of this yummy dish.

“Kids love it, and it’s super easy!”

If you have picky kids like me… stick with pepperoni on one side, and add all your favorite toppings to the other.

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package frozen ravioli

1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce, or more to taste

1 (6 ounce) pepperoni, or to taste

1 (2.25 ounce) can black olives, or to taste

1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in frozen ravioli and return to a boil. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the ravioli float to the top and the filling is hot, 6 to 8 minutes. Drain.

Cover the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish with some spaghetti sauce. Layer some pepperoni, olives, and mozzarella cheese over sauce. Add a layer of ravioli. Repeat layers of sauce, pepperoni, olives, mozzarella cheese, and ravioli until the baking dish is full.

Bake in the preheated oven until sauce is bubbly and mozzarella cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
