I’m Putting This Breakfast Casserole In The Crock Pot Right Now!

My Aunt and Uncle were coming into town and they wanted to stay at our house. I was so excited. They never stay with us. They always stay with my sister. I hadn’t seen them in a few months, and the are always so fun to hang out with. The stories that they have I could listen to for days. I didn’t want to have to be stuck cooking meals any longer than necessary. I wanted to spend time with my guests, my family. So, I started to brainstorm what I could do to cut down on my time in the kitchen.

I had heard of breakfast casseroles before, but I had never made one myself. I had to actually look online to see if I could find a recipe that would work. Luckily, this one popped up on Spend With Pennies and it sounded like it was going to be ideal for the situation.

When I went grocery shopping to get everything that we were going to need for their time at our house, I was sure to pick all of this stuff up. It was a hard time waiting for them to get in, and it was equally as difficult to wait and try this.
