Make This Creamy Casserole And People Will Think You’re A Pro!

The majority of people in my family don’t like mayo, so I usually make this with Miracle Whip instead. Just a word of warning, if you are going to do that, make sure that you leave the salt out or you might have too much. You can always add salt after it’s done, but you can’t take it back out once it’s been dumped in. It seems to work out best for me and my guests or potluck friends if I just leave it out all together. You’ll have to taste test and see.

Ingredients

1 head cabbage,finely shredded

2 large carrots , finely shredded

3/4 cup Hellmann’s mayo

2 tbls. Daisy sour cream

2 tbls. grated onion

2 tbls. sugar or to taste

2 tbls. Heinz vinegar

1 tbls.dry mustard

2 tsp. celery salt

salt and pepper to taste

 

 

Instructions

Combine cabbage and carrots

In another bowl, whisk rest of ingredients.

Taste for seasoning and add more sugar, salt, or pepper if needed.
