Your Favorite Sandwich Is Now A Pasta Dish… Look Out!

Summer was fast approaching, and as an annual tradition, I always go through my recipe book. I get rid of the ones that didn’t turn out so well, or those that got used up too much that year, and I replace them with fresh new ideas. Of course, there are some recipes that I will never get rid of, but I like to keep things changing, just so that I have an ability to try everything out there that I can find. Like this reuben pasta salad. This was definitely not in my list of regulars until then.

I had cleared out a few of the pasta salads that I didn’t really care for so much when making them last year so I searched for some new ones. When I found this one on Spend With Pennies, I nearly fell out of my chair. It looked incredible.

Reubens are already  my favorite sandwich, and I love pasta. This was like a match made in heaven. I couldn’t wait to make it and try it out. So, I didn’t. I went right up to the store and picked up everything I needed to throw this together that instant.
