I don’t know how it works at your house, but at mine it’s almost impossible to find something to make for dinner that everyone is going to like. Either me and the husband like it and the kids don’t, or the kids like it and we are not impressed. A lot of times I find myself making two separate meals, and that’s not always so fun. I love to cook, so if I have the time, I don’t mind so much, but when we are already running around with our busy schedules, it doesn’t happen like that too often.
When I found a recipe called Awesome Easy Pasta on All Recipes, I instantly printed it out without even reading the ingredients. That is one dish that we can usually agree on is pasta. Spaghetti, mac and cheese, and now this. When I made it, everyone really gobbled it down.
It was different than what we were used to, but delicious enough that everyone of all ages liked it. Now I make it a few times a month. It’s perfect for busy weeknights I’ll tell you that much!
