This Super Simple Crock Pot Cheesy Meatball Tortellini Will Quiet Your Stomach

When baseball season started, I knew it was the start of super busy days and very long nights. There was practice every day that there wasn’t a game. So, after working all day, I would gather up all my son’s gear and make sure that he was ready for whatever was happening that night, drive him where he needed to go, sit for a couple of hours, and then finally head home. By the time we got there, the very last thing that I wanted to do was make something for the family to eat, but I had to feed them.

It was during my son’s first season in the sport that I learned to utilize the slow cooker on these days. That was the only way to get a home cooked meal on the table for over six weeks, or so it felt. I had a few that I used, so when I found this cheesy meatball tortellini on Julie’s Eats & Treats, I was ready to try something new.

This went in to the crock pot when I came home on my lunch hour, and by the time we finally got home for the night, it was ready to go. Everyone at the table gobbled their servings right up. I’m glad to add this recipe to the list!
