Bubble Up Chicken Alfredo: To Keep Your Family Happy

When I first met and moved in with my now husband, I was slapped with a big dose of reality. I didn’t ever have to cook for another person before, and it wasn’t as easy as what it sounded. I was so used to just making the foods that I wanted, it took me a while to figure out what he liked. There were so many things that I was used to making regularly that he didn’t really care for. I would make something, and I could tell he was choking it down. I had to take mental notes all the time of what he liked and what didn’t go over so well.

Chicken alfredo, the traditional way, was one of the dishes that I made that he really gobbled up. So, when I found this recipe on Julie’s Eats & Treats for a chicken alfredo bubble up, I just knew that we had to try it out. I crossed my fingers as it came out of the oven and went on to his plate.

This was another winner… thank goodness! We still have this pretty regularly at our house, and even my super picky four year old loves it. The leftovers are just as good the second day, too!
