Who Else Want’s Meat And Potatoes Tonight? Get Yours In This Easy Crock Pot Beef Stew!

This stew was super tasty and had all the veggies loaded right in it. This is plenty for our family of four, and we even had leftovers. Those were lunch for me and the hubby the next day, so that was another job taken care of during my ridiculously busy week. Whenever you feel like you aren’t going to make it through the week, I highly suggest you check out some crock pot meals like this one. They are great for our whole family and so simple I could cry! Cold nights and warm days… a hearty beef stew always goes over well at my house!

 

Ingredients

2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1 in cubes

1/4 c. Gold Medal all purpose flour

1/2 tsp Morton salt

1/4 tsp pepper

2 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbsp dried onion flakes

1 1/2 c. Swanson beef broth

3 potatoes, diced

4 carrots, sliced

 

Instructions

In a gallon size zip lock bag mix together flour, salt and pepper. Dump in the meat and shake until coated. Place in crock pot.

Stir in garlic, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes and carrots.

Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
