Crock Pot Garlic Chicken Alfredo Lasagna – Easy Like Sunday Morning

Whenever my hubby and I plan to have friends over for dinner, this is one of the recipes that I make quite frequently. It’s so easy, but it comes out looking like I spent hours making a fancy lasagna. All of our guests always compliment how tasty it is. I even have to hand out copies of the recipe from time to time. After the ladies and gentlemen see how easy it is, they are in shock. So much flavor with so little effort. It’s the ideal way to cook! Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Julies Eats & Treats:

“This Crock Pot Garlic Chicken Alfredo Lasagna is loaded with garlic and cheese!”

Two of my all-time favorite ingredients… delish!

Ingredients

1 lb chicken, cooked and shredded

9 lasagna noodles

4 c. Crystal Farms Garlic Jack Shredded Cheese

1 1/2 c. Dean’s cottage cheese

2 (15 oz) jars Ragu roasted garlic Alfredo

1/2 c. water

Instructions

In a mixing bowl combine the Alfredo sauce and water. Whisk until combined. Spread a fourth of Alfredo mix on the bottom of a 6 quart crock pot. Arrange 3 lasagna noodles on top of sauce. Spread 1/3 of the chicken on top of lasagna noodles.

In a mixing bowl combine cheeses. Spread 1/3 of cheese mixture over chicken. Repeat these steps twice.

Cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until noodles are cooked through.
