Can’t Have Just One Of These Teriyaki Meatball Skewers!

Sometimes I don’t always use the veggies below. My kids know that I will use some of the veggies in the fridge that need to be used or tossed out in the next day or too. You have to be creative with your food if you don’t want to waste those things! That’s like throwing money away. I love to put mushrooms and zucchini on these skewers. Sometimes I load them up with veggies. The meatballs are really good and taste perfect whether you broil or grill them. Whatever is convenient for you will taste good. I have cooked them both ways and was very happy.

Check out what our friends from Aidells have to say about this:

“We love to do these on the barbecue grill. Then we serve them over rice and siracha hot sauce.”

These skewers are going to be heating my grill up tonight!

Ingredients

1 lb Aidells Teriyaki meatballs or you can make your own and pour teriyaki sauce on them

1 red pepper, cut 1-inch chunks

1 red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks

1/2 cup bottled Choy teriyaki sauce

2 cups Dole pineapple chunks

Instructions

Thread the meatballs and pieces of pineapple, peppers and onion on skewers. Broil on medium heat 7-10 minutes, brushing with teriyaki sauce until the meatballs are heated through.
