Baked Asparagus With Balsamic Butter Sauce: For The Adult In You

I love fresh asparagus. We don’t always have access to it, but when it’s in season, I go crazy with it. I could have it at every meal, but I think my family might get a little tired of it. What’s nice about this recipe is you can substitute in green beans, our favorite veggie, with the asparagus if you get tired of it, or if you can’t find any where you live. Either way, it’s amazing. Try tossing some sliced mushrooms in the mix… yummy! Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at All Recipes:

“This is a simple and delicious side dish. Fresh asparagus is baked until tender, and dressed with a blend of butter, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar.”

When you need something quick and yummy for a side dish, don’t forget to put asparagus on your list.
