Are You Ready To Sample Some Of This Texas Cowboy Caviar?

My sister wasn’t letting me leave without getting a copy of the recipe that I used. I was happy to share it with her. We both went to a BBQ a few weeks later, and we both brought the same thing! It was so funny. That’s how delicious it is though. I don’t think I will ever get tired of this stuff. I’m always happy when summer hits and I have more reasons to make this. I make it in the winter too, as long as I can find all the fresh veggies I need. Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Recipe Lion:

“This one looks easy to make and really delicious. The colors in this are so bright and appealing and would go great with taco chips or any cracker.”

This is the perfect potluck dish for any summer BBQ.
