This American Potato Salad Is Never Just A Side Dish!

For larger get togethers, don’t hesitate to double up on this recipe. It’s so affordable to make, you aren’t going to breaking the bank by any means. You can rest assured that there aren’t going to be any leftovers to speak of. If you get lucky enough to take some home, they store in the fridge nicely for quite a few days so you can enjoy it time and time again until they all run out. Ingredients

4 cups potatoes, cooked and cubed

2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup celery, sliced

1/2 cup Vlasic sweet pickle, chopped

1 cup Miracle Whip

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1/2 teaspoon celery seed

1/2 teaspoon Morton salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

 

 

Instructions

Combine Miracle Whip, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper; mix well.
Then combine potatoes, eggs, onion, celery and pickle.
Add dressing to potato mixture; mix lightly. Chill.
