Southern Overnight Breakfast Casserole

I didn’t realize how much I was going to love this recipe until I made it. It was a good thing I read the directions ahead of time, because you actually make it the day before you want to eat it. That’s awesome! That means you can sleep in and then just toss this in the oven in the morning. I recommend that you let the pan warm up before putting it in your preheated oven. Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Louisiana Bride Blog:

“This casserole y’all, it’s everything I ever wanted in a breakfast casserole.”

If you love Southern-inspired dishes, you are going to enjoy this morning bake.

1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard (or 1 tbsp of prepared mustard)
