Gimme Some More Of Those S’More Cups!

My youngest daughter was my inspiration to find this recipe. She was having a sleepover for her 9th birthday. I asked her what sweet treats she wanted me to make. She thought for a moment and said she had wished that it was summertime so that we could build a fire and make s’more. Poor thing, her birthday is in the dead of February. We try to go outside as little as possible around that time of year! So, I thought I will make some homemade s’more. Then. I found this recipe and it was a huge hit with my daughter and her friends. It was exactly what she was craving. It’s our Winter ritual now.

Check out what our friends from Big Bears Wife have to say about this:

“So here is a fast and easy way to make small bite size smores, that can be made anytime of the year!”

These s’more cups will get you through the Winter!

Ingredients

10 whole Honey Maid graham crackers (finely crushed)
1/4 cup Great Value powdered sugar
6 tbsp Land O Lakes butter, melted
1 cup Hershey’s milk chocolate morsels
12 large Kraft marshmallows If using regular (you’ll cut these in half)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F .

Place graham crackers into a large resealable plastic bag. Finely crush into crumbs.

Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and butter in Small Batter Bowl.

Using Small Scoop, place scoop of crumb mixture in each cup of Deluxe Mini-Muffin Pan.

Press crumbs to form shallow cups with Mini-Tart Shaper.

Bake 4-5 minutes or until edges are bubbling.

Remove pan from oven; sprinkle a few milk chocolate morsels into each cup.

Put back into the Oven for about 2 minutes.

Remove Pan, take a toothpick and swirl the melted morsels to create a chocolate sauce.

Cut marshmallows in half crosswise

Place one marshmallow half, cut-side down, into each cup.

Return to oven 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows are just slightly softened.

Remove from oven to Stackable Cooling Rack; cool 15 minutes. Carefully remove cups from pan. Cool completely.

Melt remaining milk chocolate morsels in a 1-cup Prep Bowl.

Microwave on HIGH 1 minute- 2 minutes or until melted and smooth, stirring every 20 seconds.

Dip the top of each marshmallow in melted chocolate. Turn top-side up and let stand until hardened.

Stick them in the fridge to harden the chocolate faster
