Super Easy And Delicious Cucumber Salad

Whenever I take this to a potluck dinner with me, it always gets eaten up pretty quickly. People love a nice fresh, crisp cucumber. When you’re making this, make sure you choose the firm ones, because they will soften a bit after you cut them up. You don’t want soggy cucumbers, that’s a huge displeasure to anyone that’s expecting a nice crunch. I usually make a double batch because it never goes to waste! Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at BigOven:

“Wonderful fat-free salad, keeps in fridge at least a week.”

Not only does this salad taste wonderful, it’s also pretty good for you. Double bonus!

1 teaspoon Domino Granulated sugar
