You’ll Never Need Another Recipe For These Again!

If there’s one thing that reminds me of my Grandma, it’s homemade meatballs. She made the best ones, and the recipe was so simple. I never really cared too much about how she did it, until I became an adult. We started having parties and getting invited to potluck dinners. That’s when the idea of her meatballs came flooding back to me at full force. I needed to learn how to make those! I asked my mom for a recipe, but she didn’t have it. That was disappointing.

I started browsing through the cookbooks that we had, and I came across her recipe. It was almost identical to this one from All Recipes. Hallelujah! I couldn’t believe it was right there the whole time. I didn’t wait a single minute to get started on making them.

That’s what we had for dinner that night. I had to see if they were just as good as what I remembered. They were. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to duplicate Grandma’s recipe exactly, but this is close enough for me!
