I love soup and even more I love chili. But you might think that I’m talking about your standard chili recipe. No way not here. I am talking about some delicious white chicken chili. This chili is so hearty and delicious and I’m so excited to share this recipe. The beans, the chicken, the cheese, the chilies, and the spice! Oh My! This is a recipe that you will love.
When it is feeling particularly chilly outside there is nothing better than a hot chili. I grew up way in the Midwest. I know what cold feels like! Those great lakes of Michigan are not forgiving in the winter time. You could walk outside and instantly for icicles on an exposed skin. Yikes! Makes me get goose bumps just thinking about it!
There was nothing better to come home to than the warm and scrumptious smell of white chicken chili. My mom used to make this from time to time on especially cold days. She would usually make it on the weekend and cook it early in the day. That way it would be done cooking by lunch time and would just scoop up this delightful soup all day long!
