Will You Be Serving Salisbury Steak Casserole For Your Next Family Dinner?

If I don’t make this once a week, my husband wants to know if I’m mad at him!

I love a delicious, savory, hearty, warm meal to feed my family and myself! I love even more a delicious casserole. Casseroles are great for my family because they save time. I have 5 children that range from the ages 8-16. My kids all play sports, dance, or some sort of after school activity. So, you can probably tell that I am more of a taxi driver than I am a chef!

I would love to be more of a chef because I love to cook, but there’s only 24 hours in a day. That doesn’t mean that I don’t make sure that my kids have a delicious meal to come home to. I am just smarter these days about what I make to save time.

I will usually prepare a casserole the night before so that when we get home I can throw it in the over or have my oldest put it in. The perfect to have a hearty meal cooking in the oven while I am getting the kids situated and settled in from the day. I can make sure that I get a good look at those report cards!

One of my favorite meals is Salisbury steak and this casserole does it justice!
