Three Cheers For No-Bake Banana Split Dessert!

Down the block from my house is an ice cream shop. You won’t believe how tempting it is to go there every single day for some sort of sweet treat. Thankfully, they are only open in the summer, or we would be on hurt street as far as packing on the pounds! One thing that I love to get whenever I go in there is their banana splits. They are huge! And very tasty. But, as I mentioned, these guys aren’t open in the winter. Just because it’s cold outside, that doesn’t meant that I don’t have cravings for their banana splits.

Finding this recipe on Brown Eyed Baker for a no-bake banana split was like winning a prize. Seeings as I usually burn everything I bake, I knew this was going to be the best dessert for me to make. I love no-bake anything too, so it had to be good.

I got all the ingredients gathered up and made this over a weekend. It was just as amazing as I figured it was going to be. Now, my kids ask for this all the time. I’ve even made it for birthdays and other celebrations in place of the normally served cake. It’s always a huge hit!
