Honey Mustard Puts This Grilled Chicken On A Whole New Level

Whenever we are having friends over for a barbecue, this is one of my favorite recipes to make. The chicken is so tender and juicy, and it’s really easy to make. I can sit and chat with my buddies and I don’t have to worry about what’s happening under the grill cover. When time’s up, we are ready to eat. This can also be cooked in the oven or on the stove top, but the grill provides the best results. Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at All Recipes:

“Wow, the marinade/sauce flavors really absorb itself into the chicken, and I let the flavors set in for a mere half-hour before grilling! The chicken turned out absolutely delicious.”

I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to make plain chicken again!

Ingredients

1/3 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons Hellmann’s mayonnaise

1 teaspoon A-1 steak sauce

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Instructions

Preheat the grill for medium heat.

In a shallow bowl, mix the mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and steak sauce. Set aside a small amount of the honey mustard sauce for basting, and dip the chicken into the remaining sauce to coat.

Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill chicken over indirect heat for 18 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, or until juices run clear. Baste occasionally with the reserved sauce during the last 10 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning!
