You Won’t Believe The Bubbly Ingredient In These Meatballs

My daughter was graduating from high school. I couldn’t really grasp the idea fully. It felt like it had only been a short time since we put her on the bus for her first day of kindergarten. She was so small, so innocent. Now she was becoming an adult. One that I would have to let go out into the world to learn and make mistakes. It was quite terrifying really. But, I had to focus on what was in front of me.

Getting her ready to walk down the aisle to collect her diploma, and then a celebration with family and friends following the big day. She didn’t want a huge graduation party, just something small and intimate with those that meant the most to her.

That was always her style. She wasn’t big and flashy and never asked for much. At least I know we did that much right. I found this recipe for Coca-Cola meatballs on With A Blast and figure it would be a perfect dish to serve at the party.

They seemed simple and sounded tasty. I tossed them together quite easily and they were definitely a crowd favorite. I think they were the first thing to disappear!
