Hey there, folks! Who here is familiar with Texas chocolate sheet cake? I bet that would be almost all of you, right? I remember the first time I had it as my darling husband made it for me. And get this, he made it from scratch. I’m not even joking! he sad that he learned how to bake in the Army. Pretty, neat, eh? Well, today, we aren’t making the chocolate kind but rather the white chocolate variety. Yummo!
I don’t know about you guys and gals but white chocolate anything is totally up my alley. I love how creamy and sweet it is! Plus, it’s a fun change from the regular run-of-the-mill chocolate cake. This recipe adds crunchy chopped nuts to the top of the cake but I just leave those out as my son has tree nut allergies. The white chocolate texas sheet cake still comes out tasty divine. Enjoy!
