These work great when my kids have a game or practice after school and we don’t have time to sit down for dinner. For that few minutes that we have between them getting ready and heading back out the door, these can easily be eaten and they are really filling. I just get them ready a few minutes before they are going to be home from school and then pop them in the oven when they get in. chopped green pepper, for garnish, optional
