This Pecan Bread Is So Nutty It Needs A Psychiatrist!

This pecan bread is wonderful, you guys. I can’t even begin to explain how awesome it tastes. Plus, the moisture in the bread is undeniably grand. Thank heavens for your soon-to-be sister-in-law. I think she will be welcomed with open arms to the family after giving you all this recipe! I swear I think the bread was gone in two shakes of a lamb’s tail. People loved the stuff! You’ll find that pecan bread is very easy to make, too.

Ingredients

1 c Domino sugar

1 c brown sugar

4 Eggland’s Best eggs beaten

1 c Wesson oil

1 1/2 c Gold Medal self-rising flour

1 tsp McCormick vanilla

2 c Fisher pecans finely chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour 9×13 inch baking dish.

Using a wooden spoon stir together sugar, brown sugar, eggs and oil in a medium bowl until smooth.

Stir in flour and vanilla. Add pecans, then stir until evenly mixed.

Spoon into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
